Ingredients:

500 g cukru pudru

2 białka

1 łyżeczka soku z cytryny

Prepare instructions:

Lukier królewski doskonale nadaje się do dekoracji ciasteczek, ciast czy sklejania poszczególnych elementów np. ścianek domku z piernika.

Jest bardzo trwały, szybko zastyga.

Cukier puder przesiać do miski, dodać białka i sok z cytryny. Ubijać mikserem kilka minut. Lukier powinien być gładki i lśniący.

W tej konsystencji nadaje się doskonale do dekoracji ciast, tworzenia małych dekoracji i kwiatuszków.

Po dodaniu kilku kropli wody (nawet do łyżeczki) powstaje lukier średniej gęstości, który nadaje się do obrysowania krawędzi.Zostawiamy do zastygnięcia

Po dodaniu kolejnych kilku kropli wody (do jednej łyżeczki) powstaje lukier rzadki, którym wypełniamy obrysowane ciasteczka.Pozostawiamy do zastygnięcia.

Aby uzyskać kolorowy lukier królewski dodajemy do niego barwnik spożywczy.
