Makaron z lekkim sosem brokułowym

Ingredients:

Na 2 porcje:

- ok. 250 g makaronu ( polecam spaghetti z pełnego ziarna)

- 1/2 cebuli
- kilka plasterków polędwicy lub innej, ładnej szynki
- ząbek czosnku
- kilka różyczek brokułów ( na oko 1/4 z całej główki)
- 1,2 szkl mleka
- 1 lekko kopiasta łyżka mąki pszennej

Prepare instructions:

1. Ugotować makaron - koniecznie al'dente.

2. Cebulkę i szynkę drobno posiekać, czosnek przecisnąć przez praskę. Całość zezłocić na natłuszczonej patelni.

3. Brokuły ugotować ( byle nie rozgotować - ok. 7 minut im starczy). Odcedzić i przestudzić.

4. Patelnię z cebulka i szynką " zalać" mlekiem wymieszanym dokładnie z mąką, zagotować mieszając. Powinien powstać lekki sos przypominający beszamel. Posolić, popieprzyć.

5. Brokuły drobno pokroić, wrzucić do "beszamelu" i ponownie zagotować. W razie potrzebu dolać mleka. Na patelnię wrzucić makaron, wymieszać. Można podawać !

Ja robie podobnie ale brokuł miksuję, dodaję mleko, podsmazona cebulkę, czosnek i topiony serek

Bardzo smaczne. Wszystkim się uszy trzęsły. Następnym razem dodam więcej czosnku. A tak wyglądało na talerzu:

Wiernikosiu, bardzo się cieszę, że przepis się spodobał a efekt był smakujący. Sama tak dawno tego nie robiłam :)
