Makowa szarlotka - japońska

Ingredients:

250g margaryny

200g cukru pudru

9 jajek

900g masy makowej (może być gotowa)

9 czybatych łyżek kaszy manny

2 płaskie łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

600g jabłek

Prepare instructions:

Jeśli szukasz wilgotnego ciasta rozpływającego się w ustach, to będzie idealne. Mak i jabłka w jednym - to jest to!

Jabłka obrać i zetrzeć na dużych oczkach, z białek ubić pianę.

Margarynę utrzeć z cukrem na puszystą masę, następnie dodawać na przemian: żółtka, mak (polecam masę makową z Helio), kaszę manną, proszek do pieczenia. Wszystko cały czas wyrabiać mikserem. Na końcu dodać starte jabłka i ubitą pianę z białek - delikatnie wymieszać łopatką. Masę wyłożyć na posmarowaną tłuszczem i wysypaną bułką tartą blachę. Piec ok. 50 minut w temperaturze 180stopni.

Przepraszam, że dopiero teraz odpisuje mam nadzieję że nie za późno: blaszka 25x30(35) różne są blaszki ale w tych granicach nie większa bo będzie za niskie :)
