Ingredients:

20 dag maku (albo gotowa masa makowa)
5 żółttek
5 białek
15 dag cukru
skórka otarta z cytryny
bakalie
olejek migdałowy

biszkopt z 5 jajek

Masa orzechowa:
15 dag orzechów włoskich
1/2 szkl. gorącego mleka
15 dag masła
10 dag cukru

Prepare instructions:

Mak sparzyć i dwukrotnie przemielić przez maszynkę (Można też użyć gotowej masy makowej). Żółtka i cukier utrzeć, dodawać mak i skórkę otartą z cytryny, olejek migdałowy i bakalie, na końcu pianę z 5 białek i wymieszać.

Masę makową wylać na wyłożoną papierem blachę. Na masę makową wylać biszkopt (każdy ma przeważnie swój przepis)
Piec około 1 godziny. Po upieczeniu odwrócić ciasto do góry nogami, tak, aby mak znalazł się na wierzchu

Masa:

Orzechy zaparzyć gorącym mlekiem. Masło utrzeć z cukrem i dodać wystudzone orzechy.
Utartą masę wyłożyć na mak. Na wierzch polewę czekoladową

Zrobiłam z gotowej masy makowej więc wyszło mi trochę za wilgotne. Następnym razem zrobię dokładnie według przepisu albo masę makowa przesmażę. Ciasto bardzo smaczne, efektowne i szybko znika z talerzyków. Dziękuję za przepis i pozdrawiam autorkę.

super ciasto-upiekłam na święta- rozdałam juz kilku osobom przepis.Dziękuję za wspaniały smak i pozdrawiam .
