1l mleka 3,2%
0,25l spirytusu
1 opakowanie wiórków kokosowych
2 opakowania cukru waniliowego
1 szklanka cukru białego

Prepare instructions:

do garnka wlewamy mleko, wsypujemy wiórki, cukry i gotujemy na małym ogniu mieszając
gdy mleko się zagotuje zestawiamy z ognia i pozostawiamy do ostudzenia
następnie wlewamy powoli spirytus ciągle mieszając by mleko się nie zważyło
przykrywamy garnek i odstawiamy w chłodne miejsce na kilka godzin
następnie odcedzamy wiórki od mleka i przelewamy do butelek, zakręcamy i wkładamy do lodówki
gotowe do spożycia po 24 godzinach.

Jest to pyszny napój na babskie spotkania. Polecam. Warte zachodu :)

Zastanawiam się, czy nie lepiej byłoby najpierw wywalić wiórki, a dopiero potem dodawać spirytus, bo inaczej sporo spirytusu się marnuje - wyrzucamy go wraz wiórkami. Co o tym myślisz?

myślę, że można też tak zrobić, ale im dłużej wiórki są w mleku tym bardziej przechodzi ono smakiem kokosa.
