Ingredients:

1,5 kg malin

70 dkg cukru

1/2 litra spirytusu 70%

1/2 litra wódki 40%

Prepare instructions:

Maliny wrzucamy do dużego słoja, zasypujemy cukrem i na 1 tydzień pozostawiamy w ciepłym i nasłonecznionym miejscu.

Codziennie pamiętamy o potrząsaniu słojem, aby cukier się rozpuścił.

Po tygodniu zawartość słoja przelewamy do garnka i zagotowujemy. Otrzymany sok przelewamy przez sito, studzimy i mieszamy ze spirytusem. Rozlewamy do butelek, zamykamy korkiem zrobionym z gazy i odstawiamy na 4 tygodnie.

Po tym czasie zawartość wszystkich butelek zlewamy, przecedzamy przez filtr do kawy, mieszamy z wódką i ponownie rozlewamy do butelek, zakręcamy.

chcialam zapytac czy ten korek z gazy to ma byc taka zbita kulka, czy tylko tak obwiązac jak babcine weki (wtedy chyba tez alkohol wyparuje..?

Zdecydowanie ten korek to ma być zbitą kulką, zwiniętą ciasno coś jak bandaż. Chodzi o to, aby umożliwić dopływ powietrza i wymianę gazową.
