Ingredients:

500 g mięsa mielonego wieprzowego
1 jajko
1 cebula
1 bułka kajzerka
sól, pieprz
bułka tarta
olej lub smalec do smażenia

Zalewa:
3 szklanki wody
3/4 szklanki octu 10%
3 łyżki cukru
3 liście laurowe
3 ziarna ziela angielskiego
5 ziaren pieprzu
1 duża cebula

Prepare instructions:

Z mięsa mielonego, jajka, namoczonej bułki kajzerki, startej na tarce cebuli, soli i pieprzu wyrabiamy masę jak na kotlety mielone.

Z masy formujemy małe klopsiki , obtaczamy je w bułce tartej i smażymy na tłuszczu na złoty kolor z obu stron.

Wodę, ocet, cukier , przyprawy zagotowujemy i dodajemy pokrojoną w piórka cebulę. Gotujemy jeszcze 2-3 minuty . Klopsiki przekładamy do dużego , wyparzonego słoika i zalewamy gorącą zalewą z cebulą. Pozostawiamy je tak do całkowitego wystudzenia, a następnie wstawiamy na co najmniej 24 godziny do lodówki.

Według mnie najsmaczniejsze są klopsiki smażone na smalcu.
