Moja zapiekanka z beszamelem

Ingredients:

- 1,5 laski cienkiej kiełbasy

- 2 cebule

- 1/2 kg pieczarek

- 3/4 op. makaronu (ja miałam akurat świderki)

Beszamel - 2 łyżki masła

- 2 łyżki mąki

- 2 szkl. meka

- 2 żółtka

- 3 łyżki śmietany 18 %

- sól i gałka muszkatołowa do smaku

Prepare instructions:

Makaron ugotować na pół miękko. Cebulę pokroić w piórka i zeszklić na odrobinie margaryny. Pieczrki pokroić w plasterki i dodać do cebuli, razem to udusić. Kiełbasę pokroić w półplasterki i podsmażyć ją na patelni. Gdy wszystkie składniki będą gotowe całość wymieszać i umieścić w naczyniu żaroodpornym.

Przygotować sos: Rozpuścić masło i dodać mąkę, przygotować zasmażkę. Dodać mleko i zagotować, cały czas mieszając. Sos potrzymać chwilkę na małym ogniu. Żółtka rozmącić ze śmietaną, solą i gałką. Zagotować.

Gorącym sosem zalać składniki i zapiekać ok 20- 30 min. w 150 st

Zapiekanka ta powstała u mnie wczoraj ale myślę, że każdy może ją w dowony sposób modyfikować, dodać ser żóty, paprykę czerwoną czy inne warzywa. Chyba cała tajemnica to sos beszamelowy.

Sos beszamel to doskonały wynalazek na śmietance jest bardzo delikatny a do zapiekanek znalazłam bardzo dawno inny przepis: 1 żółtko i 1 jajko dobrze rozbijamy dodajemy do zimnego sosu mieszamy zalewamy zapiekankę.Polecam.
