Mus czekoladowy z alkoholowymi wiśniami

Ingredients:

2 tabliczki gorzkiej czekolady

4 jaja

łyżeczka cukru waniliowego

4 łyżki cukru

4 łyżki wody

2 łyżki masła

wiśnie z kompotu

wódka do nasączenia wiśni wg uznania

aromat rumowy

Prepare instructions:

Przygotowanie:

Wiśnie wyjmujemy z kompotu i zalewamy wódką, ja dałam 3-4 łyżki wódki, żeby wisienki miały jedynie delikatny posmak alkoholowy, od czasu do czasu mieszamy.

Czekolady pokruszone w kostki z masłem i wodą rozpuszczamy w garnku, cały czas mieszając. Ucieramy cukier z żółtkami i mieszamy z roztopioną czekoladą, dodajemy odrobinę aromatu. Ubijamy białka na sztywno i powoli mieszamy z czekoladową masą.

Wlewamy mus do salaterek (porcja musu wystarcza na 4 salaterki) odstawiamy na min 3 godziny do lodówki.

Mus podajemy z nasączonymi wiśniami lub z dżemem wiśniowym.
