Ingredients:

ciasto:

6 jaj
2,5 szkl. mąki
0,5 szkl. oleju
2 szkl cukru
2 czubate łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
0,5 szkl. gorącej wody
po 2 czubate łyżki mąki i kakao

masa:
3/4 szkl. mleka
1/3 kostki margaryny
1/2 szkl. cukru
1 laska wanilii
1,5-2 szkl. mleka w proszku (pełnego)
czubata łyżeczka kakao

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto:
Białka ubić z cukrem na sztywną pianę, stopniowo dodawać po jednym żółtku. Mąkę wymieszać z proszkiem do pieczenia (wszystko przesiać) i dodawać do ciasta. Na koniec wlewać powoli olej, a następnie gorącą wodę.

Podzielić na dwie części, do jednej dać kakao, a do drugiej mąkę. Wylać na dwie podłużne blaszki wyłożone papierem do pieczenia. Piec w 180 st C, aż wbity patyczek będzie suchy.

Masa:

Mleko, margarynę, cukier, kakao zagotować. Ostudzić, wsypywać stopniowo mleko w proszku i mieszać drewnianą łyżką do momentu, aż nie będzie grudek. Laskę wanilii przekroić ostrym nożem na pół i wyskrobać ziarenka, które dodaje się kolejno do kremu.

Upieczone ciasto kroimy plastry (ok 1cm). Przekładamy masą na przemian białe i ciemne ciasto. Sklejamy, tworząc jeden, długi metrowiec. Wierzch i boki smarujemy również masą. Górę posypujemy wiórkami kokosowymi i całość schładzamy. Gotowe ciasto kroimy na skośne plastry.

Przepis stary jak świat, ale pyszny. Na pewno zrobił wrażenie podczas świątecznego deseru. Pozdrawiam!

Znam ten przepis juz lata całe. Kiedys często robiłam metrowca, teraz jakos o nim zapomniałam. Musze zrobić.

Ja go zrobiłam po wielu latach od ostatniego razu i wyszedł pyyycha :)
