Ingredients:

Składniki dla 4 osób:

- 100g maki
- 4 jajka
- 100ml mleka
- sol, pieprz
- 5 łyżek wody mineralnej gazowanej
- 2 cebule
- łyżka oleju
- 500g mięsa mielonego wołowego lub wolowo-wieprzowe
- słodka papryka ( przyprawa)
- ok 500g pomidorów
- 1 łyżka włoskich ziół ( ja użyłam zioła do pizzy)
- 100-150g startego sera gouda
- papier do pieczenia
- blacha z piekarnika
- opcjonalnie ser mozzarella

Prepare instructions:

Przygotowanie: piekarnik nastawić na 200°C , blachę wyłożyć papierem do pieczenia i wstawić do piekarnika. Make, jajka,mleko, wodę i przyprawy wymieszać lub miksować na gładkie ciasto. Patelnie rozgrzać wlać olej i wrzucić mięso. Cebule obrać, pokroić w kostkę i dodać do mięsa.Wszystko usmażyć i przyprawić sola, pieprzem i papryka.
Na rozgrzana blachę wlać ciasto i wsadzić do piekarnika na 3-4 minuty. Pomidory umyć i pokroić w plasterki.Wyciągnąć ciasto naleśnikowe z piekarnika. Na ciasto położyć pomidory potem posypać ziołami. Następnie położyć mięso i ser. Wstawić do piekarnika na 15 minut. I gotowe

Nie wejde na wage juz nigdy!!! Obiecuje Ci to.:D:D

Dzisiaj na obiadek były Twoje naleśniki i wyszły naprawdę genialne. Przepyszne, i dosyć szybkie w przygotowaniu.. A ja szybkich przepisow wlasnie potrzebuje :D Polecam i dziekuje, pozdrawiam.
