Naleśniki błyskawiczne i proste

Difficulty level
Very easy

Ingredients:

Mąka - 3 czubate łyżki

1 jajko

mleko - pół szklanki

woda - 5-6 łyżek

sól

olej do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Postanowiłam podzielić się tym przepisem gdyż było to pierwsze ciasto naleśnikowe jakie mi wyszło;)

Robi się je błyskawicznie, podana porcja wystarcza na 4-5 naleśników.

Do mąki dodać jajo, sól, wlać zimne mleko ( na początku 3/4 ilości) i wymieszać tak by nie było grudek, następnie dodać resztę mleka i wodę. Zamieszać. Patelnię rozgrzać, nalać niewielką ilość oleju, poczekać aż się rozgrzeje i nalewać ciasto naleśnikowe tak by pokryło całą patelnię.

Usmażone z obydwu stron naleśniki smarować dżemem, serem czy co tam kto woli. Ja uwielbiam ze szpinakiem z czosnkiem, śmietaną i serem żółtym:)

Ja robię ciasto w pojemniku do odmierzania płynów z dziubkiem, można wtedy bezpośrednio z niego nalewać je na patelnię.

Naleśniki faktycznie świetne, łatwe i smaczne. Idealne na kolację na ciepło.

Super łatwe i szybkie naleśniki, dzięki za sprawdzony przepis bo zawsze mialam problem z nalesnikowym ciastem :))
