Naleśnikowa "szarlotka" w stylu South Beach

Ingredients:

na ciasto naleśnikowe:

1,5 szkl mąki pełnoziarnistej

1,5 szkl mleka 0,5%

2 jajka

szczpta soli

*1 szkl = 250ml

na mus jabłkowy:

4 duże jabłka

1 łyżeczka cynamonu

4 goździki

sok z 1 cytryny

dodatkowo

bita śmietana

Prepare instructions:

Dieta South Beach daje nam wiele możliwości w kuchni, i choć to mało prawdopodobne przedstawiona poniżej naleśnikowa oszukana "szarlotka" jest daniem zgodnym z tą dietą. Jabłka oraz mąka pełnoziarnista zawierają duże ilości błonnika, otrzymamy więc sycący i zdrowy posiłek.

Przygotowanie musu jabłkowego:

Jabłka obrać ze skórki, wyciąć pestki, pokroić. Włożyć do garnka, dodać goździki, wcisnąć sok z cytryny, posypać cynamonem. Gotować na maleńkim ogniu aż powstanie mus.

Przygotowanie naleśników:

Wszystkie składniki przełożyć do miski, miksować około 2-3 min. Odstawić ciasto na około 5-7 min.

Smażyć naleśniki najlepiej na patelni nieprzywierającej - bez dodatku tłuszczu.

Na każdy naleśnik nakładać mus, składać na pół. Nałożyć na wierzch bitą śmietanę (według zaleceń diety powinna to być śmietana o niskiej zawartości tłuszczu).

Deser można podawać na ciepło, bądź na zimno.

Fajny przepis,Wyglada bardzo smakowicie:) ale dla mnie to są naleśniki z jabłkami, szarlotka to jest ciasto.
