Naleśniki ze szpinakiem

Ingredients:

Naleśniki:
mąka pszenna 0,5 kg
woda mineralna gazowana ok. 0,5 l.

mleko ok. 0,5 l.

4 jajka
4 -5 łyżek oleju
szczypta soli i pieprzu

Farsz:
opakowanie mrożonego, rozdrobnionego szpinaku ok. 500g
opakowanie sera feta
2 łyżki masła
4 ząbki czosnku
2 jajka
sól, pieprz

kostka sera żółtego (ile kto lubi, bo to jako dodatek do zapiekania)

Prepare instructions:

Wszystkie składniki na naleśniki połączyć mikserem, gdy ciasto jest zbyt gęste dodawać po trochu wody i mleka. Odpowiednia konsystencja to taka, gdy ciasto szybko spływa po "brzuszku" łyżki, ale pozostawia cienką warstwę.
Z cista smażyć cienkie naleśniki jak zwykle.

Na maśle dusić szpinak, gdy wyparuje już cala woda, dodać czosnek, sól, pieprz i rozdrobnioną kostkę sera feta. Zdjąć z gazu, odczekać 10 min a następnie wbić jajka i dokładnie wymieszać.

Farszem smarować (tylko nie można przesadzić z tym farszem) naleśniki, układać w naczyniu żaroodpornym lub blasze. Posypać startym żółtym serem.

Piec w piekarniku w tem. ok 180-190 stopni do momentu aż ser rozpuści się i zarumieni.

czy na pewno 1,5 l wody?

około 1,5 litra na pewno, nie jestem w stanie określić co do ml, dlatego że ja zawsze gotuje "na oko" dlatego opisałam jaka musi byc konsystencja. Wody idzie dużo, ponieważ ciasto jest stosunkowo rzadkie.
