1,5kg miesa mielonego

3 papryki

3-4 srednie cebule

koncentrat pomidorowy

przyprawy:sól,pieprz ziolowy,wegeta,papryka ostra

30dkg sera żółtego

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto naleśnikowe robimy gęściejsze i smazymy rownież grubsze placki aby utrzymały nam cieżar farszu.cebule z papryką posiekaną w kostke smazymy do miękości,dodajemy mięso mielone i przyprawy.pod koniec dodajemy koncentrat pomidorowy.do blaszki na ciasta wlewamy sam sos z farszu (praktycznie smarujemy ta blaszke tym sosem zeby nalesniki sie nie przypaliły).

Przekładamy na przemian:naleśniki,farsz z czego ostatnie ma byc farsz.na ten farsz posypujemy tarty ser i pieczemy w piekarniku w 180st/30-40 minut.

Jeśli chodzi o farsz to tu jest droga wolna i mozna dodac pieczarki i inne warzywka oraz można zrobic sos czosnkowy do polania.Smakuje rewelacyjnie
