Nalewka ananasowa - zdrowotna

Ingredients:

DZIAŁANIE:Jest to nalewka wzmacniająca dla osób wyczerpanych fizycznie i psychicznie.
Ma właściwości przeciwgorączkowe korzystne w stanach zaziębienia.
Dobrze działa na serce, naczynia wieńcowe i nerki.

0,5 litra spirytusu,
Ananas obrany ze skóry,
oraz syrop cukrowy z:
0,75 litra wody,
0,25 kg cukru

Prepare instructions:

Do słoja z szerokim otworem wlać spirytus. Z ananasa odkroić 1/4 całego owocu, owinąć gazą i zawiązać sznurkiem. umocować nad spirytusem, tak, aby owoc nie dotykał jego powierzchni. Słój szczelnie zamknąć i postawić w zimnym i ciemnym miejscu na dwa tygodnie. Po tym czasie usunąć pozostałości owocu.
Z wody i cukru przygotować syrop cukrowy. W czasie gotowania szumować.
Do gorącego syropu wlać ananasowy spirytus. Dobrze wymieszać i wystudzić. Rozlać do butelek, szczelnie je zamknąć.

Przez 6 miesięcy trzymać je w miejscu ciemnym i chłodnym.

DAWKOWANIE:
Pić po 2 łyżki stołowe dwa lub trzy razy dziennie.

Nalewki zdrowotne, czyli 102 przepisy na alkohol.....

Nie napisalas dokladnie jak dlugo ma wisiec ten ananas w sloiku. Pozdrawiam.
