Oliwkowiec szybki i b. dobry

Ingredients:

4 jajka, 1 szklanka cukru, 2 szklanki mąki pszennej, 1/2 szklanki oleju, 2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia, 1 op. cukru waniliowego, ok. 1 kg owoców (śliwki, wiśnie).

Prepare instructions:

Jajka z cukrem ucieramy przy pomocy miksera. Gdy kryształki cukru prawie znikną, wlewamy cienkim strumieniem olej, wsypujemy proszek do pieczenia, cukier waniliowy i mąkę ( partiami - pomału). Całość dokładnie mieszamy mikserem. Dużą blachę wykładamy natłuszczonym papierem pergaminowym i wlewamy ciasto. Na wierzchu układamy owoce. Pieczemy w temperaturze 180 stopni przez ok. 40 - 45 minut. na złoty kolor. Po ostudzeniu posypujemy cukrem pudrem z dodatkiem cukru waniliowego

Przepyszne ciasto, najlepsze jakie robilam z wersji ucieranych owocowych i bardzo dlugo świeże!

Pyszne ciasto,zrobiłam z czereśniami i zmniejszyłam ilość cukru,dałam 4 łyzki
