Orzechowa nalewka - żołądkówka

Very easy

Ingredients:

6 zielonych niedojrzałych orzechów włoskich,
0,5 litra czystej wódki,
2 łyżki cukru

Prepare instructions:

Orzechy zerwane na początku lipca, drobno posiekać nierdzewnym nożem. Przełożyć do słoja i zalać alkoholem.
Naczynie zamknąć i odstawić na 6 tygodni (co kilka dni potrząsać słojem).
następnie płyn przecedzić i zlać do butelki, a orzechy zasypać cukrem i odczekać, aż wytworzy się syrop. W tym czasie często wstrząsać słojem. połączyć syrop z nalewem alkoholowym i odstawić na 2 tygodnie.

Nalewkę można pić przy niestrawności w małym kieliszku od 1 - 3 razy dziennie, miedzy posiłkami.

Ten przepis też otrzymałam od siostry, ale mam też go w książce "Domowe nalewki i przetwory..."

Nalewka bardzo dobra i skuteczna!
Dzięki za umieszczenie przepisu, mam go też w jednej z wielu książek, ale coś nie mogłam go w ub.r. odszukać /nie pamietałam w której książce jest/. Teraz już w ulubionych będzie namacalny.
