Orzechówka - Prima sort

Ingredients:

10 szt. orzechów włoskich zielonych zebranych do 15 lipca

6 szt. goździków

1 łyżka mielonego cynamonu

Skórka z 1 pomarańcza

Syrop z cukru (0,25 l wody + 0,25 kg cukru)

1 litr spirytusu zalany wodą tak żeby otrzymać gorzałkę 70 %

Prepare instructions:

Orzechy pokroić drobno (najlepiej w gumowych rękawicach bo brudzą ręce), włożyć do słoja i zalać rozcieńczonym spirytusem (70 %). Zamknąć szczelnie słój i odstawić na tydzień mieszając co najmniej 3 razy na dzień. Po tygodniu płyn (będzie mocno ciemny) zlać a orzechy wyrzucić. Do zlanego płynu dodać goździki, cynamon, skórkę z cienko obranej pomarańczy. Słój szczelnie zamknąć i odstawić w ciepłe miejsce na tydzień.

Przygotować syrop – wodę z cukrem połączyć i wolno gotować aż do wrzenia. W czasie gotowania zbierać szum. Po ostudzeniu wlać nalewkę filtrując ją przez bibułę. Resztki (skórki, goździki …) wyrzucić. Nalewkę po wymieszaniu zlać do butelek. Szczelnie zamknąć i pozostawić w ciemnym chłodnym miejscu na … co najmniej 6 miesięcy.

przepis ciekawy, szkoda tylko, że już nie można go w tym roku wykorzystac.

Dobry przepis ja to robię jako lekarstwo na problemy żołądkowe już od kilkudziesięciu lat,Zalewam pokrojone orzechy spirytusem albo wódką i odstawiam,Ale twój przepis Swietny muszę spróbować na drugi rok daję do ulubionych.Pozdrawiam.
