Oszczędny sernik wiedeński

Ingredients:

500 g twarogu (zmielony lub nie)
4 jajka
1 szklanka cukru pudru
15 g cukru waniliowego
1 kopiasta łyżka mąki ziemniaczanej
200 g masła (o temperaturze pokojowej)

*1 szklanka to ok 250 ml
** 1 łyżka kopiasta to ok 35 g

Prepare instructions:

Żółtka odzielamy od białek. Z białek ubiajmy pianę. Żółtka ucieramy z cukrem pudrem, z cukrem waniliowym na puszystą masę, dodajemy całe masło i dokładnie miksujemy. Następnie dodajemy ser i mąkę- wszytsko mieszamy aż do połączenia się składników (nie przejmujcie się jak masa będzie bardzo gęsta). Na końcu delikatnie mieszamy z pianą z białek. Przekładamy do małej tortownicy, wysmarowanej tłuszczem i posypanej bułką tartą. Pieczemy w temperaturze 180ºC przez około godziny lub nieco dłużej. Zimne ciasto posypujemy cukrem pudrem. Smacznego.

Dzisiaj upiekłam serniczek. Przepis jest na malutką tortownicę, najlepiej 24cm. Ciasto dobre, przede wszystkim ekspresowe w wykonaniu, jednak moim zdaniem za dużo tu masła. Następnym razem dodam maksymalnie 10dag. masła.
