Ingredients:

Składniki:
- 20 dag mąki
- 10 dag masła
- 4 jajka
- szczypta soli
-1/2 l oleju do smażenia

na lukier:

-sok z połowy cytryny
-2 łyżki gorącej wody
-szklanka cukru pudru

wymieszać podane składniki przed samym dekorowaniem

Prepare instructions:

zagotować szklankę wody z masłem i szczyptą soli.

na wrzątek wsypać przesianą mąkę, mieszać cisato, aż będzie gładkie

Wystudzić.

Ciasto zmiksować,wbijać po 1 jajku.

Przełożyć do rekawa cukierniczego

Z papieru do pieczenia wyciąć kwadraty o boku ok. 10 cm, posmarować je olejem.

Na każdy wycisnąć kółka ciasta o średnicy 6 - 7 cm.

Olej rozgrzać w szerokim rondlu.

wkładać do garnka pączki(papierem do góry i po chwili go zdjąć)

Smażyć 2-3 minuty z każdej strony.

Wyjąć łyżką cedzakową, położyć na ręczniku papierowym

zimne dekorować lukrem i zajadać

Robiłam twoje gniazdka już kilka razy ,są pyszne jak z cukierni,koleżanki też pobrały ode mnie ten przepis

PYCHA,PYCHA,PYCHA !!!! Gniazdka sa REWELACYJNE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:-))))))) Dziś robiłam je po raz pierwszy w moim życiu,wyszly przepyszne...Przepis dodaje do ulubionych,od dzis to będzie mój ulubiony przepis na pączki hiszpańskie. Dzięki Wielkie za przepis. :))) Pozdrawiam Serdecznie.

ciesze sie ze smakują :) ja juz daaawno ich nie robiłam,ale chyba będę musiała bo są szybkie i naprawde smaczne

zależy od wielkości ale mniej wiecej 12-15 sztuk
