Ingredients:

Porcja dla 4 osób:

500g filetu z indyka

200g twardego sera żółtego Dziugas

1 łyżka natki pietruszki lub świeżej bazylii (posiekanej)

szczypta soli

1 łyżeczka oliwy lub oleju

Prepare instructions:

Filet z indyka podzielić na 8 plastrów. Każdy włożyć między dwie warstwy folii spożywczej, cienko rozbić, oszczędnie osolić.

Ser drobno zetrzeć na tarce albo rozdrobnić w pojemniku blendującym lub za pomocą robota kuchennego o odpowiednim ostrzu. Wymieszać z posiekaną natką pietruszki lub liśćmi świeżej bazylii.

Na środku każdego plastra umieścić porcję sera, złożyć szczelnie w płaską kopertę.

Grilla stołowego rozgrzać do 220 st. C. Paczuszki smarować oliwą, grillować po ok. 3-4 minuty z każdej strony do zrumienienia.

Podawać z ryżem i sałatą polaną jogurtem naturalnym.

Hm, hm... zaryzykowałabym. Tylko nie jestem pewna, czy wówczas nie będzie trzeba część czasu piec pod przykryciem.
