Ingredients:

1 kg mąki, 1 łyżeczka soli, 1 kostka drożdży, 4 paczki Mozzarella, obrane pomidory z puszki, pieprz, sól

Prepare instructions:

Zagnieść ciasto i zostawić 2 godziny do urośnięcia. Rozwałkować w krążki ca. 30 cm, nadziać, jak pierogi pomidorami i mozzarellą, osolić, popieprzyć, skleić i wysmażyć w gorącym tłuszczu. Znakomite też z kiszoną kapustą.

czy to napewno ma byc 30 cm a poza tym te drozdze tak bez rozpuszczania

a rozmiary wedle głodu...

Klarax po dwoch latach znowu znalazlam ten przepis i nadal nic z niego nie rozumie ,jak mozna krazki 30 cm usmarzyc w goracym tluszczu .Technicznie to w domowych warunkach niewykonalne
