Ingredients:

Skladniki jak na pizze

1 kg maki
30g drozdzy
50ml oleju (25ml oliwy z oliwek+ 25ml oleju)
1 lyzeczka cukru
1 plaska łyżka soli
ciepla woda (okolo 700ml)

Farsz:
ser mozzarella lub inny miekki , ciagnacy sie po usmazeniu ser
2 puszki pomidorow bez skorki pelati
szynka

olej do smazenia

Prepare instructions:

Z przygotowanego ciasta formujemy male kulki (wielkosci duzego jajka) i odstawiamy do wyrosniecia na okolo 2 godziny.
W miedzyczasie szykujemy sos. Na patelni podsmazamy pomidory pelati, dodajemy troche czosnku , oregano i soli do smaku.
Walkujemy ciasto na cienki placek i nakladamy farsz. Co kto lubi. Zamykamy dokladnie pierozka i smazymy w nagrzanym oleju.

Na zdjeciu panzerotti sa bez sosu pomidorowego, bo takie sa moje ulubione.

uwielbiam panzerotti, laduje do ulubionych :)

ja też uqwielbiam panerotti. Do ulubionych też dodałam, ale dodatkowo wydukowałam. Co prawda kilka lat temu robiłam panzerott wg przepisu z jakiegos tygodnika, ale podczas mażenia w pierożkach robiły się dziurki z których wypływł ser. A jak jest z Twoim przepisem
