Papryka marynowana z miodem

Ingredients:

Czerwona papryka,
4 szklanki wody,
szklanka octu,
łyzka soli,
5 łyżek cukru,
liście laurowe,
ziele angielskie,
pieprz,
czosnek,
olej,
miód.

Prepare instructions:

Paprykę umyć, oczyścić z gniazd nasiennych, pokroić w podłużne płaty i poukładać w słoikach o poj.0,9 l. Do każdego słoika wrzucić liść laurowy, ziela angielskie, pieprz i czosnek. Następnie, na wierzch każdego słoika, wlać po łyżce oleju dodać po łyżce miodu.
Zagotować 4 szklanki wody z dodatkiem szklanki octu, łyżki soli oraz 5 łyżek cukru i tak przygotowaną zalewą zalać paprykę. Na koniec szczelnie zakręcić i pasteryzować ok. 20 min.

Mam ten przepis w moich zbiorach od kilku lat i wprowadziłam do niego "małe" zmiany - do każdego słoika wkładam, jeszcze gałązkę zielonej pietruszki, a słoiki pasteryzuję tylko przez dwie minuty! Papryka jest wtedy tak chrupiąca jakby była świeża.Dla mnie super. Pozdrawiam.
