Ingredients:

- 10parówek
- 10 plasterkow sera
- 4szkl maki
- drożdże(50g)
- mleko rozcienczone z woda ok szkl
- sól, cukier, pieprz ,bazylia

Prepare instructions:

Zrobic rozczyn z drozdzy cukru i polowy mleka z woda!odstawic na jakies 10 min!Mąkę wsypać do miski sól wg uznania, dwie łyżki stołowe olejudadac rozczyn i dolewać tyle mleka z woda aby ciasto po wyrobieniu miało konsystencję ciasta na pizzę. Wyrabiać ok. 20 minut. Uformować kulę z wyrobionego ciasta, ponakłuwać ją widelcem i pozostawić przykrytą szmatką w ciepłym miejscu na ok 30 minut. Następie ponownie wyrabiać ok. 10 minut, podzielić ciasto na 10 części, rozwałkować każdą na podłużny prostokąt o szerokości nieco większej niż parówka.ciasto posypac bazylia. Obrane z folii parówki zawijać najpierw w plastry sera a następnie w plastry ciasta. Pozaklejać końce rulonów, smażyć w rozgrzanym do 180 stopni głębokim oleju ok 6-7 minut. POLECAM Z SOSEM TAZZIKI!!!MOZNA UPIEC W PIEKARNIKU ROZGRZANYM DO 180STOPNI OK 10MIN!!!
