Parówki z peperonatą

Difficulty level
Very easy

Ingredients:

-6 parówek
-10 dag wędzonego boczku
-2 cebule
-2 ząbki czosnku
-1 mały seler
-1 duża marchew
-2 papryki (mogą być w różnych kolorkach)
-sól
-pieprz
-bazylia
-tymianek
-natka pietruszki
-szczypta cukru
-1 szklanka soku pomidorowego (można go zastąpić rozpuszczając w szklance wody 3 łyżki przecieru pomidorowego)
-olej do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Boczek pokroić w słomkę, cebulę posiekać, a czosnek przecisnąć przez praskę. Wszystko razem przesmażyć na oleju.
Seler, marchew i papryki posiekać i dorzucić na patelnię. Dodać przyprawy i cukier, wlać sok pomidorowy. Dusić pod przykryciem ok.30 minut.
Gorące parówki ułożyć na talerzykach i oblać peperonatą. Zajadać z pieczywem.

Bardzo praktyczna potrawa. Peperonata zupełnie odmienia smak parówek, a jest przecież tania i nie bardzo pracochłonna. Polecam, gdy brak Wam pomysłu na dobrą, oryginalną kolację :D Albo poprostu macie ochotę na coś pysznego ;)

emmso jak mniemam z przepisu to jest to ten pycholski sos, który przygotowujesz z podanych w przepisie składników, zresztą ma fajną nazwę peperonata

Jadłam kiedyś takie. Tylko nosiły nazwę "Czarownice"
