Ingredients:

- 6 jaj
- 2 duże cebule
- majonez Winiary
- 2 łyżki oleju
- ziarenka smaku
- papryka przyprawa
- sól, pieprz

DODATKOWO
- szczypiorek i/lub rzodkiewka

Prepare instructions:

Jaja ugotować na twardo. Nie za długo, żeby nie porobiły się zielonkawe obwódki wokół żółtka. Ja wrzucam jaja do zimnej wody i od momentu zagotowania się wody gotuję ok 10 min.
Cebulkę drobno kroimy w kosteczkę, przyprawiamy ziarenkami smaku i papryką. Podsmażamy, żeby się ładnie zeszkliła.
Jajka kroimy w kosteczkę i mieszamy razem z cebulką. Pamiętać należy, żeby połączyć składniki jak będą zimne - żeby nie wyszła jajecznica.
Wszystko razem mieszamy (miksujemy) z majonezem i przyprawiamy solą i pieprzem. Taka pasta jest wyjątkowo dobra dzięki podsmażonej cebulce i wyjątkowo zasmakuje dzieciom. Można dodać szczypiorek i/lub rzodkiewkę.

Tylko, że u mnie jest mala modyfikacja, a mianowicie jemy ta pastę bez dodatku majonezu ;D Mniam.!
