Paszteciki naleśnikowe

Ingredients:

Ciasto: 2 jajka, 0,5 l tłustego mleka, 1 szklanka wody, pół łyżeczki soli, pół łyżeczki kurkumy, 2 łyżki oliwy, mąka, bułka tarta. Farsz: 0,75 kg mielonego gotowanego mięsa, 10 dag zmielonego surowego boczku wędzonego, 1 jajko, 1 duża cebula, pół suchej kajzerki namoczonej w mleku i odciśniętej, 1 ząbek czosnku, sól, pieprz.

Prepare instructions:

Do mleka wlać wodę i oliwę, wbić jajka, wsypać sól i kurkumę, Miksować dosypując mąkę do otrzymania ciasta o konsystencji gęstej śmietany.Odlać pół szklanki ciasta. Na patelni nasmarowanej oliwą smażyć bez rumienienia cienkie naleśniki.Naleśniki przestudzić, przyrządzić farsz: drobno posiekaną cebulę zrumienić na łyżce oleju, ostudzić dodać do mięsa wraz z bułką i zmiażdżonym czosnkiem.Wbić jajko, masę dokładnie wymieszać,doprawić do smaku solą i pieprzem.Każdy naleśnik smarować farszem mięsnym, zwijać w rulon zaginając końce do wewnątrz. Paszteciki smarować pozostałym ciastem i panierować w tartej bułce, smażyć na maśle na małym ogniu na rumiano.

to przepis raczej na krokiety ale coz może się mylę. Pozdrawiam. tex55

Prawda, ale autor już nam niestey nie odpowie :(
Na pewno można tak przyrządzone naleśniki pokroić ukośnie i zapiec w piekarniku. Będą bardziej przypominały małe paszteciki.
Zresztą, niezależnie od tego, którą wersję wybierzemy, danie na pewno będzie smaczne.
