Paszteciki z gęsią wątróbką

Ingredients:

4 paszteciki z ciasta francuskiego
200 g duszonej cielęciny lub kurczaka
2 łyżki margaryny
1 mała cebula
200 g pieczarek
1 szklanka śmietany
4 jajka
1 puszka gęsiej wątróbki
sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Paszteciki włożyć na 10 min do nagrzanego piekarnika, podgrzać. Mięso pokroić na małe kawałki, podsmażyć na łyżce margaryny, przykryć, odstawić. Cebulę obrać, posiekać. Pieczarki umyć, pokroić. Pozostałą margarynę rozgrzać w rondelku, wrzucić cebulę, podsmażyć. Dodać pieczarki, smażyć mieszając, aż woda odparuje. Wlać śmietanę, gotować do chwili, gdy sos zgęstnieje, przyprawić solą i pieprzem. Jajka ugotować na twardo, ostudzić, obrać, każde przekroić na pół. Wątróbkę wyjąć z puszki, przekroić na 4 plastry. Paszteciki wyjąć z piekarnika, wypełnić pieczarkami i kawałkami mięsa. Ułożyć na półmisku, z jajkami i plastrami wątróbki.

Zapowiada się super przystawka.
Bahusie, piszesz o wątróbkach z puszki. To wątróbki w sosie własnym? Nigdy nie jadłam gęsich wątróbek, a zamierzam przepis wypróbować.
