Penne z sosem bolońskim i zielonym groszkiem

Ingredients:

1 opakowanie mięsa mielonego (500 g),
opakowanie makaronu penne (500 g),
pół puszki zielonego groszku (200g),
5 sporych pomidorów,
1 cebula,
1 marchewka,
2 łodyżki selera naciowego,
10 listków bazylii,
oliwa z oliwek,
sól,
2 ząbki czosnku,
pieprz,
słodka papryka,
parmezan do posypania

Prepare instructions:

Prawdziwy włoski sos boloński w połączeniu z przepysznym makaronem penne...i zielonym groszkiem.

Kroimy marchewkę, cebulę, czosnek (2 ząbki) i seler. Sparzamy, obieramy, kroimy pomidory. Podduszamy je w garnku (10 min). Na oliwie z oliwek przesmażamy wcześniej pokrojone warzywa. Dodajemy podduszone pomidory. Doprawiamy solą i pokrojoną bazylią. Gotujemy razem przez ok. 10 minut. Wstawiamy i osalamy wodę na makaron. Gotujemy makaron. Na patelni rozgrzewamy oliwę z oliwek. Wkładamy na nią mięso mielone. Doprawiamy solą, pieprzem, papryką. Całość rozdrabniamy widelcem, tak aby powstały małe kawałki mięsa. Do usmażonego mięsa dodajemy puszkę groszku i sos boloński. Przed podaniem posypujemy startym parmezanem.

A czy próbowałeś kiedyś zrobić tę potrawę z pomidorów w puszce? Bo pomidory o tej porze są bynajmniej bez smaku, a chciałabym spróbować taki makaron, bo uwielbiam wszelkie jego formy:) Pozdrawiam!

Przepis barrrrdzo dobry ( z małymi modyfikacjami ). Napewno zrobię jeszcze nie raz. Polecam a autora podrawiam
