Ingredients:

sklad na 4 osoby

4 bardzo duze pieczarki ( ok 80 g jedna szutka)
mala cebulka
lyzka oliwy z oliwek
pol peczka natki piertuszki
1 bialko
100 gram sera zoltego
sol
pieprz
sos vinegret

Prepare instructions:

SUPER na przystawke w oczekiwaniu na danie glowne

- pieczarki dobrze wytrzec recznikiem papierowym, delikatnie i ostroznie wyciac nozki,

- kapelusze posolic, obrocic srodkiem do dolu w celu pozbycia sie wody z pieczarek

- nozki pieczarek drobo posiekac

- cebule drobno posiekac, zeszklic na oliwie, dodac posiekanie nozki pieczarek, dusic przez chwilke, posolic popieprzyc

- przestudzic cebule i pieczarki

- Bialko ubic na szytna piane ( ostatecznie mozna dodac cale jajko rozmacajac je wczesniej)

- natke piertruszki drobo posiekac

- pieczarki z cebulka, natke pietruszki, ser, bialko, dobrze wymieszac i nalozc do kapeluszy

- zapiekac w piekarniku nagrzanym ok 180 °C przez 15-20 min

- podawac przyozdobione salata, pomidorem z dodatkiem sosu vinegret i z pieczywem

Użyłam większej ilości mniejszych pieczarek.Bardzo ładnie wyglądały i smakowały.

Ja jako farsz dałam mieszankę:
zeszklona cebulka z ogonkami pieczarek,
1 ugotowane jajko na twardo, posiekane w kostkę
natkę pietruszki
sól pieprz. Na wierzchu posypać startym żółtym serem. I do piekarnika. Pieczarki są rewelacyjne!

RObie takie pieczarki i do Twojego farszu dodaje troche ugotowanego ryzu. Polecam bo pieczarki sa pyszne :)
