Pieczeń wieprzowa z grzybami

Ingredients:

1 kg mięsa wieprzowego,
1 średnia cebula,
0,5 l bulionu,
po pół łyżeczki kminku i majeranku,
sól, pieprz,
40 dag grzybów leśnych świeżych,
(lub 3 dag suszonych) olej lub inny tłuszcz

Prepare instructions:

Mięso obwiązać grubą nitką nadając mu kształt, natrzeć solą i pieprzem, posypać majerankiem i kminkiem. Grzyby świeże umyć i pokrajać, suszone umyć, moczyć godzinę, majerankiem potem pokrajać. Ułożyć obok mięsa, podlać bulionem. Piec pod przykryciem 90 minut. Uwaga: do pieczeni podaje się sałatkę z czerwonej kapusty.

Właśnie zrobiłam tę potrawę i jest pyszna. Mieso po natarciu przyprawami wstawiłam na 2 godz. do lodówki. Zawsze tak robię żeby przeszło przyprawami.

Dziś zrobiłam w ten sposób piersi z kurczaka plus świeże grzyby. Pycha!

I coz tu powiedziec - wyszlo pycha . Jedynie zmienilam sposob pieczenia, upieklam wg twojego przepisu - pieczen z cebula.
