Ingredients:

16 owalnych, w miarę równych ziemniaków
50 g klarowanego masła
ulubione przyprawy (u mnie sól, pieprz, przyprawa do dań z ziemniaków, czosnek granulowany, zioła prowansalskie)

Prepare instructions:

Nastawić piekarnik na 190 stopni. Ziemniaki obrać, umyć a następnie ponacinać w jak najcieńsze plasterki. Pamiętajmy aby nie przeciąć ziemniaków do końca. Świetnie sprawdzi się w tym celu drewniana łyżka, na której kładziemy ziemniaka - łyżka zapobiegnie przecięciu ziemniaka. Masło stopić, dodać przyprawy i taką glazurą posmarować każdego ziemniaka (między nacięciami również). Piec około 50 - 60 minut, na blaszce wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia. Podawać z mięsem i surówką lub jako samodzielne danie z sosem czosnkowym lub gzikiem.
