Jak długo piec, w ilu stopniach i czy do spożycia nadaje się od razu czy musi poleżeć?

Włąsciwie to ja piekę na wyczucie... optymalana temperatura o ok 160 - 180 stopni, a piekę ok 45 minut, zanim wyjme ciasto z piekarnika zawsze sprawdzam drewnianym patyczkiem czy sie klei (ciasto jet też już upieczone kiedy boki odstana od foremki). ciasto można naturalnie spożywac od razu po upieczeniu, jednak najlepiej smakuje gdy poleży kilka dni
