Ingredients:

na tortownice 28 cm
75 g miękkiego masła
150 g cukru
cukier waniliowy
szczypta soli
4 jaja
100 g mąki
50 g mąki ziemniaczanej
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
750 g kwaskowatych jabłek
150 g gęstej śmietany

Prepare instructions:

Utrzec masło, 100 g cukru, szczypte soli i cukier waniliowy na puch. nastepnie dodac 2 jaja mąki: pszenną i ziemniaczanąoraz proszek do pieczenia i dokładnei wymieszac. obrac jabłka i pokroić na plastry ok 1/2 cm. Nagrzać piekarnik do tem. 180 stopni, włożyć cisto do wysmarowanej masłem formy i wyrównac powierzchnię. Ułożyć wokół plstry jabłekwciskając je lekko w ciasto. Piec na dolnym poziomiepiekarni8ka pzrez 35 minut. Śmietankę wymieszać z pozostałymi 2 jajamioraz reszta cukru i cukru waniliowego. Polac masą smietanowo - jajeczną jabłecznik i piec jeszcze przez 25 minut na srodkowym poziomie piekarnika. Po ostygnieciu posypac cukrem pudrem.

Robiłam kiedyś ten jabłecznik, bardzo smaczny, przepis mam z książki " Ciasta i torty".
