Pierogi których nie trzeba lepić

Ingredients:

Ciasto: 2 jajka, 0,5 l tłustego mleka, mąka krupczatka, sól, oliwa.
Farsz: 0,5 kg mielonej wieprzowiny, 2 łyżeczki słodkiej mielonej papryki, 1 jajko, 3 ząbki czosnku, sól, pieprz.

Prepare instructions:

Jajka wymieszać z mlekiem, dodać szczyptę soli, łyżkę oliwy. Miksować dodając mąkę, tak aby otrzymać ciasto naleśnikowe wyraźnie gęstsze od normalnego.
Mięso wymieszać z jajkiem, papryką i zmiażdżonym czosnkiem. Doprawić do smaku solą i pieprzem. Masa musi być gęsta. Gdyby była zbyt lużna można zgęścić 1 - 2 łyżeczkami tartej bułeczki.
Na patelni rozgrzać 3 łyżki oliwy. Z masy mięsnej formować cienkie (0,5 cm) placuszki o średnicy dna szklanki. Każdy placuszek dokładnie obtaczać w cieście naleśnikowym i smażyć wolno z obydwu stron do zrumienienia. Podawać gorące z dowolną kwaśną surówką, np. z ogórków kiszonych lub kapusty. Smacznego!

robię podobie , tylko wykorzystuję w tym celu mięso pozostałe np z rosołu
Ale przepis jest super
