grzybki suszone
mieso gotowane mieszane (uzywam miesa z rosolu z kilku gotowan, zamrazam a potem robie z niego pierogi)
sol
pieprz
3 łyzki oleju
1cebula
1kg mąki.
2 jajka

Prepare instructions:

kapuste ugotowac z olejem ,grzybki zalac gotowana woda i gotowac do miekosci.mieso zmielic przez maszynke.ugotowaną kapuste wylac na durszlak i wystudzic ,mocno wycisnac i przesiekac na desce, dodac ugotowane i drobno posiekane grzybki.i zmielone gotowane mieso,razem zmielone z jedna cebulą.wbic jedno jajko dodac sól i pieprz do smaku, wyrobic masę.
zagniesc ciasto z 1 kg mąki ,jajka i zimnej wody z odrobina soli nie za scisle zeby sie dobrze kleilo.uformowac małe walki jak na kopytka i rozwalkowywac placuszki (taki sposob jest szybki i praktyczny bo nie musimy drugi raz wgniatac ciasta z wykrawania szklanka.wkladac farsz i zlepiac pierogi. gotowac w duzej ilosci osolonej wody,10 min od wyplyniecia.smacznego(najlepsze są odsmazane na oleju na zloty kolor.z pozostalego ciasta mozna zrobic łazanki do zupy fasolowej.
