Pierogi z farszem szpinakowo-mięsnym

Ingredients:

300 g mąki pszennej,
4 jaja, sól,
200 g szpinaku,
3 duże cebule,
80 g masła.
1 łyżka posiekanej natki pietruszki,
200 g mielonego mięsa wołowego,
gałka muszkatołowa.
pieprz,
2 łyżki bułki tartej

Prepare instructions:

Szpinak przebrać, opłukać. Blanszować, osączyć i posiekać. Cebulę oczyścić. Jedną pokroić w kostkę, a pozostałe w plastry. Cebulę pokrojoną w kostkę zeszklić na 30 g masła, wymieszać z natką, mięsem, szpinakiem, 2 jajami i bułką tartą, doprawić solą. pieprzem i gałką muszkatołową. Z mąki, 2 jaj, 1/2 łyżeczki soli i 2-3 łyżek wody zagnieść ciasto, następnie rozwałkować, wykroić krążki lub kwadraciki rozłożyć nadzienie, zlepić pierogi i ugotować. Krążki cebuli usmażyć na 50 g masła i wyłożyć na pierogi.

Kaczusia, surowe - spokojnie się ugotuje. Pierogi świetne, na pewno jeszcze nie raz powtórzę (bardzo lubię szpinak). Oczywiście, nie byłabym sobą, gdybym nie dodała 2 ząbków czosnku ;)

powiedz mi jeszcze czy jajka do farszu mają być ugotowane?
