pikantny kurczak curry

Ingredients:

pierś z kurczaka
ząbek czosnku
1 cebula średniej wielkości
garść groszku (mrożony)
1,5 łyżeczki proszku curry
1 pomidor
1 płaska łyżka koncentratu pomidorowego
oliwa
mąka
1 łyżka śmietany
sól
pieprz
woda(na początek z 1/2 szklanki)

Prepare instructions:

pierś z kurczaka pokroić w większą kostke,przyprawić sola i pieprzem i wymieszać z odrobina mąki(każdy kawałek ma być pokryty mąką)
cebule pokroć w wieksze kawałki,nie siekać,ma być widoczna
pomidora sparzyć we wrzątku i zdjąć skóre,pokroić w kostke
czosnek posiekać albo przecisnąć przez praske
na patelni rozgrzać oliwe,wrzucić kurczaka,smażyć aż sie zrumieni
dodać czosnek,po minucie wsyp curry,smaż ze 2 min
dodaj cebule,groszek i pokrojonego pomidora,koncentrat pomidorowy,po minucie dolej wode
duś aż 1/3 wody wyparuje i sos zgestnieje,na koniec dodaj śmietane i duś jeszcze z 1 min.

podawac z ryżem,jest troche pikantne ale bardzo smaczne.

jutro napewno spróbuje ugotować to danko właśnie szukałam jakiegos fajnego przepisu z cuury a ten wydał mi sie najfajniejszy

Bardzo dobry przepis, odporny na modyfikacje ;) Ja robiłam bez cebuli, raz z pomidorami z puszki a raz z przecierem z kartonika, obie wersje bardzo dobre. W drugiej wersji zamiast groszku dałam paprykę i kukurydzę, też dobre.
