Ingredients:

2 podwójne piersi z kurczaka
1/2 kg mięsa mielonego dowolnego
ok 40 dag pieczarek
1/2litra śmietany 30%słodkiej
ok 30 dag sera żółtego
sos do pieczeni z cebulką winiary w proszku
sól pieprz olej

Prepare instructions:

Piersi z kurczaka mają posłużyć jako spód do pizzy,czyli w zależności jakiej wielkości mamy blache (ja używam dużej z pieca),piersi rozklepać jak na kotlety posmarować olejem z obu stron posolić pieprzyć rozłożyćna na całą blache .Mięso mielone przygotować jak na snycle (sol pieprz jajko cebula czosnek) gotowe wyłożyć na piersi.Pieczarki pokroić w pół talarki udusić na nie dużej ilości oleju wyłożyć na mięso mielone .Śmietanę połączyć z sosem wymieszać ,wylać na wierzch pieczarek .Na wierzch zetrzeć ser żółty. Wstawić do piekarnika temp ok 180-190 stopni na 1godzinę .Gdy jest gotowe kroimy na kwadraty zrobić kleksa z ketchupu . SMACZNEGO

Bardzo ciekawy przepis, wrzuciłam do ulubionych i wypróbuję przy najbliższej okazji. czy mięso z kurczaka nie jest za bardzo spieczone od spodu?

Nie jest bardzo soczyste ponieważ piersi sie gotuja w tym sosie z śmietany i tłuszczu który się wytwożył z mięsa mielonego
