2 szkl.mąki psz.

5 dag.drożdży

1 łyżka cukru

1 jajo

szczypta soli

ziola prowansalskie

masło

olej

bułka tarta

koncentrat pomidorowy

wierzch:

50 dag.pieczarek

2 cebule

papryka

ogórek kiszony

20 dag.kiełbasy

żółty ser

keczup

Prepare instructions:

przygotowanie:

do garnka wlewamy szklankę letniego mleka,dajemy cukier ,rozkruszone drożdze,łyżkę mąki.Odstawiamy do wyrośnięcia.

Do miski z reszta mąki dajemy zioła,wlewamy rozczyn,jako i sol.

Blache od piekarnika smarujemy maslem i posypujemy bułka tarta.Wykładamy ciasto drewniana łyżką i odstawiamy na pół godziny w chlodne miejsce.Następnie nakłuwamy widelcem ciasto,smarujemy olejem i koncentratem pomidorowym.

Pieczarki i cebule kroimy w plastry i smazymy.Wykładamy na ciasto.Dodajemy wędline pokrojoną w plastry,paprykę,ogorka,posypujemy stertym serem.

Polewamy keczupem i ziolami.Pieczemy ok.25 minut w temp.200 st.C

Ciasto mieszamy drewniana łyżka aż skladniki sie polącza,nie zagniatamy ale po wyrobieniu wykladamy lyzka na blachę.
