Placek orzechowy

Ingredients:

na ciasto:
3 jajka
1 cukier waniliowy (2-3 lyzeczki)
1 szklanka cukru
3/4 szklanki maki
4 lyzeczki proszku do piecznia
1/2 szklanki mleka
20-25 dkg orzechow zmielonych

na polewe:
20 dkg cukru pudru
1 lyzka masla
kawa rozpuszczalna (2-3 lyzeczki)

Prepare instructions:

przygotowanie ciasta:
Jajka ubic z cukrem. Dodac cukier waniliowy, make i proszek do pieczenia.
Dolac mleko i dokladnie wymieszac. Na koncu dodac zmielone orzechy.
Piec w rozgrzanym piekarniku ok. 20-25 min.

polewa:
Maslo roztopic i dodac cukier puder. Wymieszac.
Na koniec dodac kawe (2-3 lyzeczki kawy rozpuscic w 1/4 szklanki wrzatku).
Ilosc dodanej kawy wg uznania.

Jak ciasto przestygnie, polac je polewa kawowa. Mozna udekorowac orzechami.

Ja pieke w zwyklej prostokatnej. Ciasto ladnie wyglada i nie jest za wysokie.

pieke i na duzej (ale mam krotsza niz 40 cm.) i na mniejszej czasem tez. wtedy placek jest troche wyzszy.
