Ingredients:

ciasto:
6 dużych jaj
1 szkl. cukru kryształu
10 dkg. orzechów włoskich mielonych
3/4szkl.mąki tortowej
6 łyż.oleju
łyżecz. proszku do pieczenia
masa:
2 szkl. mleka
1/2szkl.cukru kryształu
2 płaskie łyż.mąki zwykłej
2 płaskie łyż.mąki ziemniaczanej
1 op. cukru waniliowego
1 margaryna palma z murzynkiem lub masło

1 puszka masy krówkowej
2 op. petitek
drobno posiekane orzechy do dekoracji

Prepare instructions:

Białka ubić na sztywno dodać cukier dalej ubijać,następnie dodawać na przemian po jednym żółtku i łyżce oleju ubić.Odstawić mikser mąke przesiać z proszkiem do pieczenia.Drewnianą łyżką bardzo delikatnie wymieszać powstałą mase z mąką i mielonymi orzechami ,upiec przekroić na pół nitką.

Do garnuszka odlać 0.5 szkl.mleka i rozmieszać obie mąki .Reszte mleka zagotować z cukrem i cukrem waniliowym ,ugotować budyń ostudzić .Zimny utrzeć z margaryną lub masłem.

Masę krówkową podgrzać wyłożyć na jedną część ciasta przykryć petitkami na to mase (odłożyć troche masy na posmarowanie wierzchu)przykryć drugą częścią ciasta posmarować wierzch masą posypać orzechami....i gotowe...

jest to przepis na blaszkę standardową ale duża tortownica też może być pozdrawiam :)
