Ingredients:

Smak tego ciasta, to moje dzieciństwo. Mama często je piekła i chociaż czasem wychodził jej zakalec, to i tak było pyszne.

Składniki:

5 jajek,

1,5 szklanki cukru,

250 g margaryny,

3 szklanki mąki pszennej,

1 szklanka mleka,

mała torebka proszku do pieczenia,

torebka budyniu o dowolnym smaku (ja dodaję śmietankowy lub waniliowy).

Prepare instructions:

Jajka utrzeć mikserem z cukrem. Margarynę rozpuścić w rondelku. Do masy jajecznej dodać mąkę, proszek do pieczenia i budyń w proszku, wlać mleko i całość wymieszać. Na koniec powoli wlewać do ciasta rozpuszczoną margarynę, cały czas mieszając. Upiec w tortownicy w około 180 stopniach. Wystudzone posypać cukrem pudrem i już tylko jeść :-)

Witam. Chciałabym sie dowiedziec ile czasu należy piec ten placek? :)

Ja piekę około 30 - 40 minut. Wszystko zależy oczywiście od piekarnika i najlepiej jest sprawdzać patyczkiem. Jak będzie suchy , ciasto jest już gotowe.
