Ingredients:

Składniki na ok. 12-15 sztuk:

2 jajka
2 łyżki cukru
1 mały cukier waniliowy (10g)
4 łyżki puree z dyni ( http://wielkiezarcie.com/recipe112038.html
pół szklanki* kefiru
50 ml oleju
1 szklanka mąki pszennej
pół szklanki zmielonych migdałów
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
pół łyżeczki cynamonu
1 jabłko
odrobina oleju do smażenia

*szklanka o pojemności 250 ml

Prepare instructions:

W misce wymieszać ze sobą mąkę, migdały, proszek do pieczenia i cynamon.
Do drugiej miski wsypać oba cukry. Wbić 2 jajka, ubić mikserem do białości. Następnie dodać puree z dyni, kefir i olej, zmiksować. Do masy dodawać partiami wymieszaną wcześniej mąkę z migdałami, proszkiem i cynamonem. Wszystko dokładnie zmiksować.

Jabłko obrać, zetrzeć na tarce, dodać do masy, wymieszać.

Masę nakładać łyżką na wysmarowaną olejem patelnię. Smażyć z obu stron na złoty kolor.

Ja też dziś robiłam na obiad placuszki dyniowe, ale zupełnie inne :)

a jakie? ja mam teraz hopla na punkcie dyni, to chętnie bym spróbowała jakiś nowych palcuchów
