Płonący camembert

Ingredients:

4 - 5 serków camembert, 2 jajka, tarta bułka, papryka,vegeta, czosnek granulowany, 2 kieliszki mocnej wódki, olej do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Serki podzielić na pół, obsypać papryką , vegetą i czosnkiem, jajka rozmącić i panierować serki w jajku i bardzo dokładnie w bułce tartej.
Smażyć na rozgrzanym oleju po pare minut z każdej strony, wyjąć łyżką najlepiej cedzakową, ułożyć na talerzu. Wódkę lekko podgrzać i polać każdy serek i podpalić .Zaraz podawać , można z warzywami z wody. Smacznego!!!

Robię coś podobnego ale bez dodatku "płomieni". Fantastyczny pomysł zawsze to będzie inaczej podane.Pozdrawiam Marzenka

Marzenko spróbuj zrobić z wódką, ja robie na wyjątkowe okazje ten ser, moim gościom zawsze smakuje i czekają na te specjały ( dzięki za komentarz) pozdrawiam dankarz
