Po prostu naleśniki - smaczne i sycące

Ingredients:

Ciasto:
1,5 szkl. mąki pszennej
1,5 szkl. mleka (lub pół na pół z wodą)
1 jajo
1/2 torebki cukru waniliowego
1 łyżeczka cukru
szczypta soli
2 łyżki oliwy lub oleju

olej do smażenia

Farsz:
1/2 kg sera białego tłustego lub półtłustego
1 cukier waniliowy
1 jajo
ok. 6-7 łyżek cukru (ja lubię jak jest porządnie słodkie)
cynamon do smaku wg uznania

Prepare instructions:

1. Ciasto najlepiej zmiksować, wtedy nie będzie grudek.Ciasto powinno dobrze rozpływać się na patelni, nie może więc być bardzo gęste ani też zbyt rzadkie. Oczywiście można dodać trochę wody lub mąki, jeśli zachodzi taka potrzeba.
2. Rozgnieść dobrze biały ser, dodać resztę składników, dalej mieszać i rozprowadzić porcję masy na naleśniku, następnie złożyć w pół, a potem jeszcze raz, tak jak to się zwykle robi.
3. Podsmażyć na patelni na rumiano i gotowe.

Te naleśniki są po prostu pyszne. Nigdy wcześniej do nadzienia serowego nie dodawałam cynamonu i widzę, że to był błąd. :) Cynamon nadaje tym naleśnikom naprawdę wyjątkowy smak. Polecam!
