Podchmielone ciasto Wali

Ingredients:

Biszkopt:
6 jajek
1 łyżka octu
2 łyżki proszku do pieczenia
1 szkl. cukru
1 szklanka mąki pszennej
2 łyżki kakao
Masa:
1 szkl. grysiku
1 szkl. wódki
25 dag masła
1 szkl. cukru
20 dag zmielonych orzechów
Gotowa polewa czekoladowa

Prepare instructions:

Biszkopt:
Żółtka utrzeć z octem i proszkiem na puszystą masę. Ubić na sztywno białka, dodać cukier i dalej ubijac. Połączyć obie masy, dodać przesianą mąkę i kakao - delikatnie wymieszać.
Piec na prostokątnej blaszce, ok. 30 min., w temp. 180^o.
Masa: Grysik zalać wódką i odstawić na 2 godziny.
Utrzeć masło z cukrem, dodać orzechy i namoczony grysik - wymieszać.
Wystudzony biszkopt przekroić na dwie części. Jedną pokryć masą i przykryć drugą częścią. Górę polać polewą czekoladową.

Uwaga: Ciasto raczej dla dorosłych

a czy ciasto w smaku jest bardzo alkoholowe:D??chce je zrobic w weekend,tylko boje sie ze kumpele po prostu zemdli na taka ilosc wodki i cukru,dlatego sie pytam-bo przepis bardzo ciekawy:)a ja i alkohol i slodkie jak najbardziej uwielbiam:D gorzej z nimi wlasnie:/

Co do tego czy jest za bardzo alkoholowe to wszystko zależy o oceny indywidualnej :D ale moim zdaniem jest w sam raz. Jezeli chcesz by było "mniej" alkoholowe zrób je dzień wcześniej - alkohol odparuje. Ale myślę, że nie będzie to konieczne. Jeżeli się na nie zdecydujesz to daj znać o efektach
