Pory zapiekane z pieczarkami i parówkami

Ingredients:

2 pory,
20 dag pieczarek,
4 parówki,
4 łyżki oleju,
4 łyżki utartego żółtego sera,
1 jajko,
1/4 szklanki śmietany,
sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Pory umyć, pokrajać w półplasłerki. Pieczarki umyć, obrać i też pokrajać w półplasłerki. Parówki obrać z osłonek i pokrajać w krążki. Ser zetrzeć na tarce. Rozdrobnione pory podsmażyć na rozgrzanym oleju, dodać pieczarki i parówki, smażyć ok. 10 min. Następnie przełożyć do żaroodpornych kokilek, zalać śmietaną wymieszaną z surowym jajkiem, przyprawić do smaku, a po wierzchu posypać utartym na tarce żółtym serem. Wstawić do nagrzanego do temperatury 200°C piekarnika i zapiec. Podawać jako danie samodzielne z grzankami z chleba lub ugotowanymi ziemniakami. Można też podawać zapiekankę jako gorącą przekąskę.

Danie jest wysmienite Szybko sie robi a jeszcze szybciej zjada!

Szybkie, sycące, ale mdłe. Syn wpadł na pomysł z keczupem i to uratowało obiad :-)
